BARISAT/WAITRESS

Ethio Coffee House is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Barista / Waitress to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, provides excellent customer service, and can help create a warm and welcoming experience for every guest. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service. Take customer orders accurately and answer questions about menu items. Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other beverages. Serve food and beverages to customers promptly. Provide an authentic and welcoming Ethiopian coffee house experience. Handle cash, credit card, and POS transactions accurately. Keep tables, counters, coffee preparation areas, and dining areas clean and organized. Restock cups, supplies, ingredients, and other items as needed. Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. Work closely with other team members during busy periods. Address customer requests and concerns professionally. Qualifications Friendly, positive, and dependable. Strong customer service and communication skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to learn coffee and beverage preparation. Able to stand for extended periods and perform normal restaurant duties. Previous barista, waitress, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Knowledge of Ethiopian coffee and culture is a plus. Must be punctual and able to work well as part of a team. We are looking for someone who will make customers feel welcomed, respected, and excited to return to Ethio Coffee House.
