Job Title: Barista Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The Barista will prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for coffee, and creates a welcoming experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards. Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service. Take customer orders and process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, dining area, and workstations. Restock supplies, ingredients, and merchandise as needed. Educate customers about menu items and make recommendations. Operate and maintain coffee brewing and espresso equipment. Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Assist with opening and closing duties. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous barista, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
