Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our clothing store team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with selecting merchandise, provide excellent customer service, maintain store appearance, and contribute to achieving sales goals. The Sales Associate plays a key role in creating a positive shopping experience and building customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance. Help customers find clothing, accessories, and products that meet their needs. Recommend merchandise and upsell complementary items. Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales floor. Restock merchandise and ensure displays are properly arranged. Assist with inventory management, receiving shipments, and stock replenishment. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policies. Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and new arrivals. Meet individual and team sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise when needed.
