Insurance Agent

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to help individuals, families, and businesses protect their assets through appropriate insurance coverage. The Insurance Agent will educate clients on available insurance products, assess their needs, provide quotes, and maintain long-term client relationships while achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options. Sell and service insurance products, including auto, home, life, health, and commercial insurance. Generate leads through networking, referrals, community outreach, and marketing activities. Prepare and present insurance quotes and policy proposals. Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and coverage reviews. Explain policy terms, benefits, exclusions, and claims procedures. Maintain accurate client records and comply with all licensing and regulatory requirements. Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Active state insurance license (Property & Casualty, Life & Health, or both). Previous sales or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and establish long-term client relationships. Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills. Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and office software.
