The 14th Pan-African Conference on Illicit Financial Flows (IFFs) and Taxation (PAC) 2026

Organised under the theme “Advancing a Transformative Tax Justice Agenda for Africa”, the conference will bring together leading voices from across the continent and beyond to reimagine Africa’s fiscal future. At a time when the global economic order is undergoing profound shifts marked by geopolitical fragmentation, rising debt pressures, and growing questions about the legitimacy of international financial systems, Africa stands at a critical crossroads. PAC 2026 emerges as a timely and strategic platform to confront these challenges while unlocking new possibilities for transformative change. PAC is an annual event coordinated by TJNA in collaboration with its partners. The conference provides a platform for alignment and collaboration among African CSOs, Pan-African institutions, and government agencies. It also offers space for researchers and academics to evaluate the continent’s DRM efforts and produce evidence-based recommendations to support tax policy and advocacy.
